💼 About the Role:
You’ll be the driving force behind exceptional service delivery – providing leadership, supervision, and support to Client Team Leaders while ensuring person-centred care, compliance, and operational excellence.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor Client Team Leaders
Oversee client services and support planning
Manage compliance, documentation, and quality assurance
Monitor performance, staff training, and complex rosters
Champion cultural safety, participant rights, and inclusive practice
Liaise with participants, families, and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
🧩 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Tertiary qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or related field
✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership or coordination role
✅ Strong knowledge of NDIS, Practice Standards, and Safeguarding Framework
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Valid clearances (WWCC, NDIS Screening, Police Check), current First Aid, CPR, and a valid driver’s licence
✅ Commitment to privacy, dignity, and person-centred care
⭐ Desirable: Experience in complex care, PBS training, rostering systems, or Cert IV in Leadership & Management.

Monitor performance, staff training, and complex rosters
Champion cultural safety, participant rights, and inclusive practice
Liaise with participants, families, and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
🧩 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Tertiary qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or related field
✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership or coordination role
✅ Strong knowledge of NDIS, Practice Standards, and Safeguarding Framework
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Valid clearances (WWCC, NDIS Screening, Police Check), current First Aid, CPR, and a valid driver’s licence
✅ Commitment to privacy, dignity, and person-centred care
⭐ Desirable: Experience in complex care, PBS training, rostering systems, or Cert IV in Leadership & Management.
